How much can my landlord raise rent in Pennsylvania?

There's no limit. Pennsylvania has no statewide rent control, and no Pennsylvania city has it in practice. The rent is fixed during a lease term; at renewal or on a month-to-month tenancy a landlord can raise it with proper written notice.
