Can my landlord evict me without a reason in BC?
No. A BC landlord can only end your tenancy for a reason allowed by the Residential Tenancy Act, using the correct notice — and you can only be removed by an order of possession from the RTB, enforced by a court bailiff. Most notices can be disputed within a short deadline.
