Can my landlord evict me without a reason in Manitoba?
No. A landlord can only end a tenancy for a permitted reason with the correct notice — about five days for unpaid rent (which you can usually stop by paying), or at least three months for owner-occupation. Only the Residential Tenancies Branch process can force you out.
