How much can my landlord raise rent in Georgia?

There's no limit. Georgia has no rent control, and state law preempts cities and counties from enacting it. The rent is fixed during a lease term; at renewal or on a month-to-month tenancy a landlord can raise it with proper notice.

For a month-to-month tenancy, a landlord generally must give 60 days' notice to change terms or end the tenancy, while a tenant gives 30 days.
