How much notice do I have to give to move out in Alberta?
For a month-to-month tenancy, at least one full tenancy month's written notice, received before the first day of that month. A weekly tenancy needs one tenancy week. A fixed-term lease ends on its last day without notice, unless your agreement says otherwise.
