How much notice do I have to give to move out in Manitoba?
For a month-to-month tenancy, at least one full month's written notice, ending on the last day of a rental period. A fixed-term lease ends on its end date and otherwise continues month-to-month.

Give notice in writing and keep a copy. To leave at the end of a month, the landlord must receive your notice before that month begins.
