How much notice do I have to give to move out in Saskatchewan?
For a month-to-month tenancy, at least one full month's written notice, received before the last day of the preceding month. A fixed-term lease ends on its end date and otherwise continues month-to-month.

Give notice in writing and keep a copy. For a landlord to end a tenancy for owner occupancy, at least two months' notice is required, served through the ORT process.
