Tenant's Notice to End the Tenancy

The official form you use to tell your landlord you're moving out.

Use Form N9 to give notice. For a monthly tenancy that's at least 60 days, with the termination date on the last day of a rental period. A fixed-term lease generally can't be ended early with an N9.
