Can my landlord enter without notice in Texas?
Texas has no general statute setting an entry-notice period, so the lease controls. If your lease is silent, insist on reasonable advance notice in writing. A landlord still can't abuse entry to harass you, and self-help lockouts or utility shutoffs are illegal.

Because Texas law leaves routine entry to the lease, read that clause carefully before signing and negotiate a notice requirement if it's missing.
