Can my landlord show my apartment to buyers or new tenants in Ontario?
Yes, but generally only with at least 24 hours' written notice stating a time between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. — unless you agree to a specific showing. If the unit is being sold, the landlord (or their agent) can show it, but your privacy rights and the notice rules still apply.

There is a narrow exception: once either party has given notice to end the tenancy, a landlord can show the unit to prospective tenants with only reasonable effort to tell you, though good landlords still give proper notice.
