Eviction
How much notice does a landlord have to give to evict in Washington?
For non-payment of rent, a 14-day pay-or-vacate notice. Washington also requires 'just cause' to end most tenancies (RCW 59.18.650), so a landlord can't simply decline to renew because the lease term lapsed. Only a court can order an eviction.
