Can my landlord enter without notice in Georgia?

Georgia has no statute setting a landlord entry-notice period, so the lease controls. If your lease is silent, ask for reasonable advance notice in writing and keep a record of entries. A landlord still can't use entry to harass a tenant.

Because the law leaves routine entry to the lease, read that clause before signing and negotiate a notice requirement if it's missing.
